1. Position. Uppermost layer, S. side.

2. Dimensions. L. circ 30 cm.: W. circ 10 cm.

3. Description. Pair of sandals. Base and toe thong of rush(?); instep binding of papyrus.

Remarks. Dusted off, but not treated in anyway.

White discoloration on papyrus parts to be investigated.
