R. hand glove. May be pair to 54 (o). Stitched up sides, and round each finger. At bottom a strip .8 wide sewn on. Tying cords consisting of linen rolled up and stitched about 20 long. Ends of these were sewn to the glove from side to stitching line i.e. 1.4. Outside fabric of close woven material 232 x 100 to the inch. Glove lined with a fabric of very loose mesh 108 x 60 to the inch. Meas: Little finger to 2nd. 5.5 3rd to little. 6.5 3rd to 2nd 6.5: 2nd to 3rd. 6.5 2nd to 1st 7: 1st to 2nd 6.5 1st to thumb 8: thumb to 1st 5.5
