46 (ll) Two pieces of chariot decoration ? 44

(1) Sheet of gesso about 17 x 8. Pasted to this, leaving a margin all round of 1.5, to which something blue had been applied, a sheet of gold leaf with <> and a border round of spirals. (2) A piece of blackened gold leaf. No pattern visible.

These placed provisionally with chariot material.
