Inner sole of a sandal of leather (?), covered with gold leaf on upper surface. Margin of 1 cm wide left without gold. Remains of binding at a a of linen cord. Embossed on the gold the two cartouches of Tut-ankh-amen, with disc & plumes above, & sam group below.

Max. width. 8 cm. This shoe should be that of a boy about 14-15.
