The wide part of the belt came at the small of the back. It was brought round waist & caught or
tied in front, so that two streamers hung down either side.
Centre panel was tapestry woven in colours: in middle a square containing inscription?
Patterns outlined with white thread.
The edges of the centre panel were bound with strips of cloth, .3 wide, over & under, sewn
on. Just inside this a straight inwoven band of blue .3 wide.
Streamers were of red cloth, with the same blue bands near either edges.

Treatment. Sprayed with solution of celluloid in acetone.
