Wig details in relief.
Face hands & neck covered with red paint.
Eye-brows, frames and pupils black: corners white.
Collar details incised, with drops at bottom in relief.
Bracelet bars in relief with incised lines between.
Flail in left hand: details carved.
Crook gone from right hand.

Four lines of inscription down centre: incised and filled with yellow paint.
Flaws in the wood filled with a stopping of whiting and glue painted to imitate the wood.
