Diam. of stick. 1.2 constant. Whole stick covered with bark for decoration purposes. A. Various patterns in strips of light of light coloured bark. 6-7.5 from top 2 cartouches (usual), flanked by 'millions of years' sign. B. Plain band of light-coloured. C. Patterns in light bark D. Dark band with 2 cartouches (usual) flanked by 'millions of years' sign. E. Patterns in light. F. Plain dark coloured bark, but applied. G. Patterns in light H. Captive figures worked in light. I. Patterns in light J. Plain band of light. This & subsequent sticks of constant diam. are a soft long grained wood. ? tamarisk.

Treated with paraffin wax
