Handlist description: Silver trumpet embellished with gold

the gold band (a) round the end has a garland decoration thus <> the mouthpiece (c) plain this gold beaten on the silver.

Filled into the trumpet is a protective-wooden-core, having a lotiform decoration in colours, and made evidently to prevent it being squashed in transport.

REMARKS: Cleaned with ammonia and water. Colour on wooden treated with celluloid.
