236 Gilt 'crook' staff

1. Position Between outermost & second shrines: standing on left of doors.

2. Dimensions. Max. L. 158.5 Overall W. of crook 7 Diam. of crook end tip 1, rising to 2.1 at other end.

3. Description Staff covered with gesso & overlaid with gold. On main stick, at 9.5 from top of crook a narrow strip of cloth tied in a bow.

4. Treatment Washed, cleaned with ammonia & waxed.
