310 Boat. Lucas' Notes.

Painted. Colours: white, blue, green, canary-yellow, brownish-yellow, red & black. No varnish. Much fungus growth, especially on brownish yellow & white. Treatment Brushed with dry brush Cleaned with benzine & soft brush Consolidated string of steering paddles with duroprene Consolidated paint with celluloid solution Repaired with celluloid cement.

Blue Pigment. Analysed specimen. Is artificial frit. Canary Yellow Pigment. Analysed specimen. Is natural sulphide of arsenic i.e. orpiment.
