485 A LEDGE-HANDLED-BOWL (CALCITE).

POSITION: Resting on floor centre of chamber opposite doorway - (see photos 1143, 1144).

DIMENSIONS: Max. H. 20.5 cents.; Max. width including handles 37 cents.

DESCRIPTION: A ledge-handled bowl wrought of calcite. Bowl flattened & round; two large ledge handles; flattened base; no neck; wide flat lip to opening. No ornamentation.

REMARKS: Limestone stopper replaced and adhering to its wax luting. Contents had been robbed, but slight trace of residue on bottom.
