A Ritualistic palette L. (about) 34.0 x 6.3 x 0.8 cents. Round colours the <>-sign engraved upon the slate.

Materials Palette slate with wooden ends, gesso-gilt, of which one is missing Reeds none (engraved on the slate within reed-hollow) Colours: Black: a soft black stone probably black serpentine or steatite. Red: glass

Treatment Palette: cleaned with warm water Gold: cleaned with ammonia Colours: cleaned with water Fixed on the one end with celluloid cement.
