Handlist description: Stick with crook composed of bound African prisoner

Full wig covering ears. Details of garment incised. Bracelets represented on wrists. One arms loose, found in floor rubbish. Feet project over side of stick. Figure 4.2 wide x 3.5 thick in middle: 6 x 3 at shoulders. Binding at back represented by incised lines merely.

Cleaned with damp brush. Sprayed with celluloid in amyl acetate. Treated with melted paraffin wax.
