256, GG. Gold Collar of the Hawk

POSITION: Thorax: centre; covering right and left pectoral muscles, and extending down to beginning of abdomen. Form: Vth group.

DESCRIPTION: Collar of the Hawk. Cut out of sheet gold, with details finely chased. Attached to the top of the hawk-heads by means of gold (beaten) wire a macnht or tag.
