feature of the species. Body - feathers of lapis lazuli. Wings: 'primaries', 'secondaries' and 'wing coverts', lapis lazuli. 'Bastard wing', lapis lazuli. 'Lesser coverts',carnelian ridged with green glass. Tail - Restrices of lapis lazuli tipped with carnelian. Tibia, Tarsi and claws plain finely chased gold. The šn-symbols in claws of turquoise coloured glass with carnelian centres. Back: Plain gold minutely modelled and chased. The characteristics of head and neck are more realistically rendered. Marked in high relief is a tiny pectoral suspended from the shoulders by a chain - the device of the pectoral being the cartouche of the King surmounted by the feathers, with an uraeus on each side thus: - <> To each wing, upper ridge of the radius, is attached fastenings for the suspending straps.
