275, A. STATUETTE OF KING AS YOUNG HORUS


Max. H. (including pedestal) 60.5, Pedestal 29 x 11.1 x 6.5 cms
Statuette and pedestal of wood covered with black resin.
Eyes inlaid with gold and fibrous calcite.
Horus lock on right side of head.
Holds in his right hand a gesso gilt emblem of Hathor.
His left arm hangs by his side.
Left foot forward.
No inscription, nor was it covered with linen.


Treatment.
Cleaned eyes with damp brush
Sprayed with acetone
