280, A. STATUETTE OF AMSET

Max. H. (including pedestal) 58; Pedestal 20.1 x 12 x 6; cms.

Covered with a strip of linen tied round neck Wreath of flowers around chin tied on both sides, near the ears. Pedestal varnished with black resin and inscribed with yellow paint: <> Statuette of the god in mummy form of wood, eyes inlaid with glass, beard of ebony.
