Painted and Gilt. Colours white, blue, green, canary-yellow & red. Considerable fungus especially on white, blue & green - the blue appearing red from the coating of brick red fungus. Treatment Brushed with dry brush. Cleaned paint with benzine & gilt with ammonia Consolidated paint with celluloid solution Consolidated gesso-gilt with paraffin wax applied hot
